    You can either speak to our Account Receivable department, or mention this to your customer service representative.
  • What Is The Lead-Time For An Item That Is Not In Stock?
    Lead-times for certain items depend on the supplier of those products. Please speak to your customer service representative to have specific lead-times.
  • What Currencies Can I Use To Pay For My Purchases?
    We accept in North America both US and CDN dollar transactions.
  • Where Are The Dempsey Corporation Warehouses Located?
    Dempsey Corporation operates warehouses in Toronto and Montreal. We use third party warehouses in other locations within North America.
  • What Do I Do If My Order Is Delivered And There Are Damaged Goods?
    You will need to first signal to the carrier that the items were damaged upon delivery on the bill of lading. Depending on the FOB point of your order, you will need to discuss with the party that held ownership at the time of delivery a claim for the damaged material.
  • How Do I Obtain Credit Terms For My Account?
    You will need to apply for our credit terms by filling out the credit application form. You can ask your customer service representative to send you this form.
  • How Can I Pay My Invoice?
    You can pay your invoice by check or wire transfer. For new customers, first order is typically COD.
  • What Is The Minimum Amount I Need To Buy From Dempsey Corporation?
    There is only a minimum dollar amount of $250 CDN per purchase order.
