Major Responsibilities:
Offer excellent and cheerful customer service when taking product orders
Contact customers via telephone, email and fax
Respond to questions related to products, availability, delivery, pricing, and billing
Work with a team of other CSR in an office environment
Qualifications:
Friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude
Detail-oriented
Good team player
Customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
Proficient in oral and written English
Computer skills in MS Office, email, Internet, contact management software
Post-secondary education is preferred
AS400 software experience is a bonus
Hours:
8:30-4:30, Monday to Friday
